Trump invites Hillary to a second round come 2020….

Ain’t gonna happen though Donald…

You won’t be that lucky….

(Please no pundits saying this is a smart move by Trump…It isn’t..It’s just a wish to replay his ego…)

First of all?

This Dog thinks you ain’t gonna be President by then, if so?…You ain’t gonna get the nomination…

Hillary Clinton zero to no chance of getting in the 2020 democratic nomination sweepstakes let alone winning it…

So Donald?

Ya did it once?

No second try is coming your way…

President Trump on Saturday invited his former Democratic presidential rival to try again in 2020.

He attacked Hillary Clinton as “the worst (and biggest) loser of all time” in a tweet.

“Crooked Hillary Clinton is the worst (and biggest) loser of all time. She just can’t stop, which is so good for the Republican Party. Hillary, get on with your life and give it another try in three years!” Trump tweeted.

Trump has said that he wants Clinton to run against him again in 2020, but she claims that her career “as an active politician” is “over.”…

A theory on the 2020 Democratic nomination sweepstakes and Hillary Clinton….

NY Post Op-Ed guy Michael Goodwin  forwards the view that the Donna Brazile dissing of the Hillary Clinton campaign in her new book,  is an attempt to make sure Clinton does NOT sun again in 2020….

Interesting , eh?

Very few people would seriously entertain Hillary Clinton mounting another run for President….Right???

(Actually Brazile has backed away from her attacks on Hillary pretty much…and has forwarded the view that she ‘admires’ Clinton for her efforts…)

….Clinton’s comeback plan is not as crazy as it sounds. Until a new challenger comes along to knock her off the party pedestal, she remains the default Democrat.

She cements her position by playing the role of entitled victim and winner of the 2016 popular vote. In her own book and interviews, she spies a vast conspiracy against her, from Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump to James Comey to misogynists and racists and deplorables everywhere.

Even Barack Obama, whose Justice Department saw no evil when it came to Clinton’s reprehensible self-dealing involving Bill Clinton’s speaking fees and donations to the Clinton Foundation,
is nonetheless the target of Hillary’s ire.

Yet Clinton is also looking forward, having started a new slush fund that could easily become a campaign super PAC. It’s called Onward Together, and she cited it in a volley of tweets where she claimed credit for the Democrats’ wins in the New Jersey and Virginia governors races.

“Last night was a great reminder of what’s possible when we come together and fight for what we believe in,” she tweeted Wednesday. “So I wanted to take a few minutes to celebrate the extraordinary successes of a few groups I — and Onward Together — proudly fight alongside.”

Like it or not, that’s her story and she’s sticking to it until a challenger appears with a better one….

The Expanding Early 2020 Democratic Presidential field….

Less than fours years out….

The list of Democrats who COULD be in the running for the 202 Democratic Presidential nomination is growing….

Few are looked at as serious….

But they may be still on the list….

Most are NOT houshold Democratic names….

But neither was Bill Clinton or Barack Obama….

The list has Senators, Governors and retired politicians …..and just plain rich people like you-know-who types….

At least a dozen senators are widely thought to be in the mix — including Vermont’s Bernie Sanders, Massachusetts’ Elizabeth Warren, New Jersey’s Cory Booker, California’s Kamala Harris, Ohio’s Sherrod Brown, Oregon’s Jeff Merkley, New York’s Kirsten Gillibrand, Connecticut’s Chris Murphy, and both Minnesotans, Amy Klobuchar and Al Franken. But the depleted bench of Democratic governors is also stocked with possible White House hopefuls, expanding the list of credible presidential prospects to as many as two dozen.

“You say there are 7,000 Democrats who think they’re going to be president? Well 3,500 of them have a good shot at it,” said Democratic strategist Erik Smith, a veteran of multiple presidential campaigns, including Barack Obama’s. “There are so many candidates who have held back over the last 10 years. A lot of them didn’t get into the race because Hillary Clinton was running in 2007, and then a lot stayed out in 2016 because she ran again, so you have a whole generation that’s been waiting in the wings for years. Those calls are definitely happening.”…

New York’s Andrew Cuomo is high on the list of expected candidates, Washington’s Jay Inslee has caught operatives’ attention with his strident anti-Trump proclamations in recent months, and both Montana’s Steve Bullock and Virginia’s Terry McAuliffe are also surfacing on long-lists. Colorado’s John Hickenlooper pointedly refused to rule out a run just this week….

And there are More…..

Some one HAS mentioned Hillary Clinton also…..

Someone thinks Hillary Clinton IS running for President in 2020…

A former Bush speechwriter lays out a view that he thinks Hillary Clinton IS following to postion herself for a third run at the American Presidency and a chance to be the first woman to do get the job….

She’d be 73 years old and year younger than Donald Trump who has already filed the paperwork for a second term…..

Trump v Clinton round 2?

I don’t think so….

The Democratic party is now rudderless…

There is NO strong voice among the angered base….

Wherever Hillary Clinton goes these days she greeted with warm applause and standing ovations…Her pol numbers are bound to rise back up to the pre-campaign ones….

The issues that she had in 2008 and 2016 seem quaint in looking at Donald Trump and his people….

Trump’s display of iqnorance of how things work could paly nicely to a country that will be looking for someone to calm the waters and repair the damage done around the world…

She WILL have to work hard on her interactions with the media….

She WILL have to navigate the joining of a progressive base and the supporters that gave here a almost 3 million vote margin OVER Trump….

But most of all?

She will have to figure out how to shed the policy wonk thing?

A display a STRONG heartfelt character that makes people FEEL that they CAN vote for her as a LEADER…..

Everybody KNOWS she’s qualified….

Last week, Clinton signed a book deal with Simon & Schuster. That alone isn’t noteworthy. This, after all, would be her seventh book, if you count her campaign policy venture/insomnia cure, Stronger Together. But added to all the other activities afoot, it raises few questions. Does she really have that much more to say? Or might there be another reason, besides money that she does not need, to go on a book tour, answer humiliating questions about losing to Donald Trump and stay in the headlines?

And just days ago, Clinton trolled Trump on Twitter over the courtroom defeat of his executive order banning citizens from seven majority-Muslim nations. She didn’t have to do that, of course. Most defeated rivals disappear after their loss. Instead, Clinton sounded very much like she was still on the campaign trail. (Because, of course, she is.)

Finally, consider last November’s concession speech to Trump. Absent in her remarks was any indication, as one might have expected, that she was going gentle into that good night, handing the baton to a new generation or even to a new leader. Instead, Clinton talked more about the future—explicitly including herself in that future—than she did about the past.

“I know we have still not shattered that highest and hardest glass ceiling, but some day, someone will,” she said, adding, “and hopefully sooner than we might think right now.” She then quoted a line of Scripture: “Let us not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, we shall reap if we do not lose heart.” And she concluded, tellingly, with this: “So my friends, let us have faith in each other, let us not grow weary, let us not lose heart, for there are more seasons to come. And there is more work to do.”

This was not Richard Nixon’s bitter “You won’t have Nixon to kick around anymore” when he lost a race for governor in 1962, and thought his political career was over. This was someone looking ahead. More seasons to come….

Second Thought?

How about an old school Democratic ticket of Hillary for President…

Bernie for VP …

….and Warren for Treasury?

Could Hillary Clinton run AGAIN?

ABC’s Rick Klein floats the idea….

He reasons that if John Podesta, Hillary Clinton campaign director has just come out supporting the electors getting an Russian Intell briefing from the CIA?

Something is a foot…..

Could Hillary Clinton run for a THIRD Time?

Sure…She just won the Popular vote didn’t she?

Hillary 2020? Let’s agree to put a pause on all such talk until at least the inauguration. But how else to explain her campaign operation’s decision – five weeks after a decisive Electoral College loss – to encourage electors be allowed to get classified intelligence briefings on the extent of Russian interference? Reverence for Alexander Hamilton notwithstanding, the Clinton team knows that exerting independent judgment is not what the Electoral College does. Those involved also know there’s no mechanism for gathering 538 individuals scattered across 51 jurisdictions into an intelligence briefing, much less getting them the required security clearances before they cast their votes next week. John Podesta’s statement in support of a briefing for electors marks the most aggressive attempt by Clinton aides to call the election’s results into question. It carries far more weight than support for recounts, in the statement’s implications. As for the politics, why have the Clinton operation on record in this way unless Hillary Clinton herself wants to be in the political mix moving forward? And in the short term, is anyone happier that this story is morphed into a political one than Donald Trump, who prefers these grapes taste sour?

Right NOW?

NOBODY is speaking for Democrats as Trump shines in the Media….
