A manhunt involving hundreds of police officers is ongoing after deadly shootings at a bowling alley and bar shook this city of about 38,000 people around 7 p.m. on Wednesday. At least 18 people were killed in Lewiston and 13 were injured, Gov. Janet Mills said on Thursday morning. Law enforcement is searching for Robert Card, 40, of Bowdoin, a suspect police believe is responsible for all of the deaths. Police said he is armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
