Biden….“I thought I was the correct candidate.”

Ole Joe is himself putting his views out there……

He also keeps his name in the 2020 Democratic nomination sweepstakes even though he has said he wouldn’t run previously….

Former Vice President Joe Biden had harsh words for former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton on Thursday night.

I never thought she was the correct candidate,” Biden said at the SALT conference in Las Vegas, according to Fusion reporter Hamilton Nolan. “I thought I was the correct candidate.”

TheStreet’s Ronald Orol, who was also at the SkyBridge Capital event, said the audience clapped at Biden’s comments.

“No man or woman should announce for the presidency unless they genuinely believe that for that moment in the nation’s history they are the most qualified person to deal with the issues facing the country,” TheStreet quoted him as saying.

He also didn’t rule out running himself in 2020, according to multiple reports from the event….

  1. Well if they can’t find anyone better, I am all in for Biden, I liked the guy over any of the candidates in 2008…

But if not Biden, then an outsider not within the center of the Democratic Machine, but someone who isn’t a crazy man like the Republicans got…and not a crazy cook like Bernie…

I still say Zuckerberg 2020…he is one of the few men in America who really understands where the world is heading in a technological perspective…

  2. I love Joe, but he had two bites at the nomination and didn’t make it past Iowa either time.

And I agree with Zreebs, time to pass the torch

  3. Biden would be too old. Thank you Joe for your service, but you are not the Dems best choice,

    1. Not Really….

Trump would be 74 in 2020…..

      Sanders would be 79….

      Hillary would be 73….

      Biden would be 78….

      Booker would be …52

  4. 20/20 hindsight BUT if he entered the race after Sanders did Hillary might not have survived the primary.

To many family issues for one who has had the number of personal tragedies he has.

    1. The family thing WAS a issue for him….

I’d vote for the guy if he ran in 2020….
