The disproval number is now only 1% point below the approval number in this Gallap poll……

Approval of ObamaCare rose 3 percentage points in the wake of the Supreme Court’s ruling upholding the law’s subsidies, according to a new Gallup poll.

The poll finds, however, that slightly more adults still disapprove of the law than approve, at 48 percent to 47 percent.

Still, Gallup notes that approval is at its highest level since 2012. Approval has risen 10 percentage points since the fall of 2014, when in the wake of Republican midterm wins it was at just 37 percent.

An average of polls compiled by the Huffington Post likewise shows that ObamaCare approval is trending up. Still disapproval remains higher than approval in the average, at 47 percent to 44 percent.

The Obama administration has been looking to move forward from battles over the reform law….
