The NBC NEWS/Wall Street Journal Poll is considered the most accurate National Poll because it’s done by a Democrat (Peter Hart) and a Republican (Bill McInturff)
Daniel G.
Gallup and Rasmussen STILL have Romney up 1% and 2% respectively …..

  1. I highly doubt Hoekstra’s ahead right now.

And Romney’s only chance in NY is if Gary Johnson sucks away enough votes from Obama..

A plausible scenario, but unlikely at this point.

And no amount of campaigning will pull Long over the finish line.

The GOP should have nominated Bob Turner.

    He would have won.

  2. So the troll returns with some “bang on” predictions pulled directly from his ass. Please explain how Pete “I’m a lot like Todd Akin” Hoekstra could ever possibly win the Senate seat in Michigan, or for that matter how Obama could ever possibly lose New York. You know, you’re a great deal like Daniel. Predictions without reason or basis, just mindless drivel.

  3. SE…
    Give us a break, huh?

  4. Run as 3rd party candidate??????

  5. WTF would take THAT from Palin seriously?

  6. The MI Senate race is a tossup at this point.

Obama only loses NY if Romney wins over all the undecideds, Obama plunges 25%, and Gary Johnson siphons off all those disaffected Obama voters who make up said 25%.

  7. SE….
    Enough!….
Obama is gonna win NY by 10%+…
he’s gonna win NJ also by 5%+

  8. THERE IS NOT CHANCE Obama loses either state…

  9. None….

  10. I was laying out a far-fetched possibility.

Of course NY will go for Obama.

NJ I’m not so sure about.

  11. Im analyzing the Obama surge in Utah!

    OR

The nascent underground Obama “army” in Wyoming!

    they’ll show Dick Cheney!

    Weeeee!!!!!

  12. Thanks Jack, you made my day. SE, of course, has gone through the looking glass again and James ran right after him.

Interesting to note that Mitt Romney told Todd Akin to get out of the Senate race, and Todd told Mitt to essentially “go fuck himself.” The teabaggers rule, or God as Manila calls them.

Biological facts appear to be soooo inconvenient to Republicans. Akin believes that women have a secret weapon to reject pregnancy when they are raped. Democrats believe Republicans shouldn’t be making health decisions for women. I wonder which one of these arguments go over better with women voters?

Both Todd Akin and Paul Ryan have made it their business to designate which rapes are legitimate. Women should make it their business to see that neither of these clowns get into office.

    Have a nice day everyone!

  13. Manila Calling!

“Akin believes that women have a secret weapon to reject pregnancy when they are raped. ”

Pardon my precious bodily fluids but Akin has now said he was medically incorrect which means what is and is not medically correct can become an issue.

Seems like Obama mighr want to champion sex education in the schools.

You know, something more than how to use a condom.

    “legitimate rape”

Can you sue your spouse for rape?

    Gay marriage?

  14. Clearly after making this silly and sick remark about women and rape for years now, Todd Akin now wants to take it all back. But he can’t, because both Akin and Paul Ryan have made it their business to designate which rapes are legitimate, joining up to push Orwellian legislation last year to define legitimate rape as “forcible rape” — whatever the fuck that means.

And, Mitt, who was for abortion before he was against it, has joined in the chorus — Akin, Ryan, and Romney will join hands in Tampa to denounce abortion of any kind — even in the case of rape and incest. Gotta let those babies flow.

Yep, these folks want deep in a woman’s life, deep in her life, to even judge what define what type of rape she might have. Ah, the freedom party.

Did I tell you a hurricane is headed to Tampa?

    Gotta get to work.

  15. Keith you put your finger on the button…

Akin has allowed the media cycle for the past several days to involve HIM and women’s issues…

    Continuing Romney’s Campaign to stay

    OFF MESSAGE….

That and highlight the GOP insensitivity to women and their important issues…

  16. and assuring Claire McCaskil a GREAT chance to win a race she had NO chance to win

  17. Manila Calling!

“Todd Akin now wants to take it all back.”

He’s had a message from God!

    “Orwellian legislation”

Wait a minute. Thats expression is reserved to describe your side. We ar supposed to be sending the country back to the middle ages!

    “forcible rape”

Is that when someone puts you in chains?

    “Gotta let those babies flow.”

    Down the Tiber?

“Did I tell you a hurricane is headed to Tampa?”

We’ll have to wait to see which way the wind blows.

  18. Manila Calling!

“and assuring Claire McCaskil a GREAT chance to win a race she had NO chance to win”

No chance? I wonder. After all, she had no chance when she had no opponent and, as the GOP candidate was basically even with her in the polls before he shared with us his theories of biology, was going to make this a batleground. Now we have neither candidate attending their convention unless Obama is no longer a dirty word to McCaskil.

“GOP insensitivity to women and their important issues”

    Their?

    Show me.

  19. If you want a laugh go to Todd Akin’s Facebook page

He has a post claiming the “liberal elitist media” is trying to force him from the race.

Dude’s getting kicked in the balls by his own teammates but blames it on the guys in the other dugout.

To his credit they aren’t removing comments calling him a moron, or they are but they are coming in too fast and furious to keep them all off.

Local tea party radio seems to side with Akin though.

Even Hannity and Limbaugh are being accused of shilling for the Democratic Party.

Is Satan strapping on his ice skates yet?

  20. Scott…

He’s gonna get home state support…
    I have NO doubt…
    And from what I read….
McCaskill isn’t that popular at all….
