It’s PDog Poll time!
I don’t think it took my vote (I still predict Portman) but all four are qualified. Of the four, Pawlenty can probably relate the most to the middle class voter, but he doesn’t have the intellectual capability of the others. I don’t think Jindal is in the running. He’s brilliant, but I don’t think he’ll be immediately accepted by the GOP base because of his Indian_ ethnicity. Jindal lost his first governor’s race to a very weak candidate (Kathleen Blanco)

We will see if Romney goes against the Conservatives and does NOT pick Ryan…

I’m going to the bitter end for Santorum on this one.
CNN suggesting it is probably Paul Ryan – the announcement will be made on The US WIsconsin.
Sources are telling CNN that Paul Ryan is the VP choice for Mitt Romney.
I like the pick of Ryan. He is a smart and serious candidate who addresses issues head on, and his selection will redirect the debate somewhat. Unlike Romney, Ryan seems to have a core set of beliefs, and he will be a tough debater. It might also be a sign that Romney will be proposing solutions instead of just criticizing. And, if so, that is a good thing. Team Obama will need to step up it’s game.
I think that many of Ryan’s ideas will be a disaster if implemented, but we’ll talk about that at a later date.

What does Romney do?
His natural instincts are to be vague and tone deaf
We know that the BOSS IS Romney…
He’s the guy running for election…
NOT Ryan….
Furthermore as I point out…
Ryan’s budget may make the rightwingnuts happy…
But the Obama Campaign is gonna tee off on it as a foil against poor and middle class people….

“The Dog” lost on this one BIG TIME. I knew Romney wouldn’t pick Portman (too much Bush) or Pawlenty (too nice)….
Paul Ryan is a good pick. The Race was between Ryan or Rubio. If Rubio had been longer in Washington Willard would have picked him instead of Ryan.
Remember: There was a distinct possibility in the early Days last year that Ryan would run for POTUS himself.
I feel A LOT better right know. Romney will probably still lose but with Ryan on Ticket we’ve a better chance winning some of the close Senate, House and Governor Races.
Paul Ryan is a hardcore Right Winger
MUCH MORE so than the other VP would bes
His economic program is anti Middle Class
He seeks to in effect gut Medicare
Anyone over 60 yoa that now supports the Republican ticket might as well wear a sign on their rear end

Daniel, Ryan was a rubber stamper for Bush. That will come out during the race.
Romney will get a temporary bump fom this pick. but I agree with Terry; he still won’t take WI.
