Roger Federer has beaten World No. 1 Novak Djokovic from Serbia in the Semifinals at the All England Championships 6-3, 3-6, 6-4, 6-3 to put an end to the Serbs hopes to reach a 5th consercutive Grand Slam Final.
It was truly a spectacular Performance from the Swiss who turns 31 next month.
His Opponent in the Final will be Scot Andy Murray who beat Frenchman Jo-Wilfried Tsonga in 4 Sets as well.
Should Federer manage to win the Final (where he’s the heavy favourite) he’ll be reclaiming the Top Spot and equal Pete Sampras Record of 286 Weeks as World No. 1 (the lone Record Federer doesn’t have from Sampras).
He also would claim his 17th Major Titel and equal Sampras Seven Wimbledon Titles.
